Sumridhi Gautam
I am a health policy professional and clinician currently completing my MSc in International Health Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science. I hold a Master of Public Health from the Indian Institute of Public Health Delhi, where I was awarded the P&G Public Health Scholarship, and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from SPPGIDMS.
My career spans national clinical guideline development at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, health financing policy advisory work at NITI Aayog , India’s national planning institution and large scale public health programme management at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences, where I led initiatives reaching 25 million people. I am currently undertaking an internship with NHS England focused on healthcare data governance.
Author of five peer reviewed publications in international journals including BMC Public Health, PLoS ONE and Annals of Hepatology, I bring expertise in systematic reviews, evidence synthesis, health financing and policy translation across low and middle income country contexts. My professional interests span health systems strengthening, climate and health, pandemic preparedness and Universal Health Coverage.
