Jinbao is a postdoctoral researcher in the Personal Social Services Unit at the University of Kent. He is working on the NIHR ARC project. Prior to this, he received his PhD degree from the University of Hong Kong.

Research interests | His research focuses on consumer-directed care, social policy and long-term care policy. Jinbao has investigated how to improve consumer-directed care for community-dwelling older people in China. He is currently working on evaluating the effectiveness of Direct Payments in England. Overall, he is interested with promoting access to LTC and improving older people’s care outcomes. |
