Jorge Browne
Jorge is a physician with training in Public Health (MSc Public Health, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine), Epidemiology (MPhil Epidemiology, Cambridge University), and Geriatrics. He is also an Assistant Professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Throughout his career, he has combined clinical practice in geriatrics, research, and participation in public policy. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he actively worked on the design and implementation of the national COVID-19 strategy for residents of long-term care facilities. Additionally, he has been involved in founding both for-profit and non-profit entities related to end-of-life care (www.proyectomokita.cl) and long-term home care (www.situ.care).
