Carol Davy

Dr. Carol Davy combines her extensive research expertise with operational leadership in aged and tertiary healthcare sectors. Currently a Senior Research Fellow at Aged Care Research & Industry Innovation Australia, she is leading initiatives to co-design resources that support the implementation of innovations within the aged care sector. This work has notably contributed to enhancing telehealth services and improved training programs for aged care staff.

Dr. Davy’s tenure as CEO of The Society of Saint Hilarion Inc. and Director of Ambulatory Care at Royal Darwin Hospital has equipped her with a deep understanding of the complexities associated with implementing change. Her ability to blend operational experience with research expertise enables her to adapt and apply innovative solutions to complex challenges. Dr. Davy has authored over 60 papers, widely cited for their significant contributions to health services research and policy.
