In this webinar, Dr Coe will present their paper ‘Home-Based Care and Patient Outcomes: Does the Delivery Team Matter? “ to discuss the importance of caregiver teams in relation to patient’s wellbeing. The discussion is followed by Dr Courtney Van Houtven presenting on economic costs of unpaid care and policies to help both unpaid carers and patients thriving in place.
