Joanna-lee Tan

Joanna-lee Tan is an APA Titled Gerontological Physiotherapist and is the Chair for the National Gerontology Committee for the Australian Physiotherapy Association. Joanna-lee has recently moved from her clinical roles to applying her industry knowledge and experience working as an Innovation manager for ARIIA (aged care research industry innovation Australia). Joanna-lee has worked as a Physiotherapist across a range of settings from her own private practice based in Adelaide to hospitals, home care, disability services, community and residential aged care. Advocating for access to physiotherapy care for older Australians is a focus for Joanna-lee Tan who seeks to connect clinicians, researchers and policy decision makers to promote the skills of gerontological physiotherapists.
