Holly Sparrow
Holly Sparrow is the Strategic Projects Manager at ARIIA (Aged Care Research & Industry Innovation Australia). Holly’s professional background spans human resource management, project management, change implementation and marketing communications, and she holds a degree in psychology. Holly is passionate about enabling and empowering aged care workers to make positive change by building their skills and confidence to think differently about problems and implement best-practice solutions that are effective and sustainable. Equally, she sees the opportunity to build the capability of leaders and organisations to create work environments where staff feel safe to innovate and challenge the status quo. Since 2022 Holly has played a key role in establishing ARIIA’s workforce and leadership programs, and she has supported the ARIIA team to deliver these programs to hundreds of aged care workers across Australia.
