Helena Hirvonen

I’m a senior lecturer of Social and Public Policy in the University of Eastern Finland, and the director of the project Formations of Hybrid Manhood in the experience economy (EXMEN 2022-25) and the vice-director of the project Lean Production in Public Services (LeWoGe 2018-22). I am also affiliated with the Centre of Excellence in Research on Ageing and Care (CoE AgeCare 2018-25), Univ. of Jyväskylä. My research interests include welfare services, professions, digitalisation, work, and gender.
