Milagros García Díaz

Consultant for the Social Protection and Labor Markets Division of the Inter-American Development Bank, where she works on long-term care policies. She was a researcher at the Chronic Disease Research Department of the Institute for Clinical and Health Effectiveness in Argentina, specializing in Non-Communicable Diseases prevention and management in primary care settings. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master’s in Public Policy from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
