Gladys Hrabi

Gladys Hrabi is the Chief Executive Officer of the Manitoba Association of Residential and Community Care Homes for Everyone (MARCHE) in Manitoba, Canada. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work, where her thesis examined access to care among survivors of acquired brain injury. Before leading provincial advocacy efforts, she worked as a Clinical Service Lead in a geriatric facility, where she gained frontline experience in long-term and elder care. As CEO, she now represents Manitoba’s non-profit personal care homes, advancing sustainable funding reform, strengthening spiritual health, and promoting intergenerational connections through initiatives such as Bridging Generations and Social Bridges. Gladys is dedicated to ensuring long-term care systems uphold dignity, equity, and quality of life for residents and families.
