About the Ageing and Place Interest Group
This interdisciplinary Ageing and Place Group will involve academics and policy, planning, and service practitioners to understand the changing experience with and understanding of “place” as people grow older. We will organise webinars featuring presentations and panel discussions. The group aims to spark new research ideas, inform policy and inspire practices by examining the impact of transformation of the place or migration on people’s old age life. This group will function as a pool of international expertise, provide case study sites, and nurture new research partnerships for future research.
