The European Social Network (ESN) is looking for an individual with expertise in comparative analysis to assist them within the framework of the European Social Services Index (SSI), an initiative they launched in 2023 that gathers and compares data about several EU countries’ social services legislation, expenditure, and coverage.

In 2025, ESN collected data from 17 countries, and they are looking for an expert who can analyse this data and draft a cross-country analysis, outlining comparisons and formulating recommendations at both national and EU levels within the framework of the European Semester.

The expert’s tasks are estimated to require 10 days of work to complete, and they must be carried out between September and October 2025.
