The 25th International Conference on Integrated Care (ICIC25) in partnership with the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC)The International Journal of Integrated Care (IJIC), Portuguese Healthcare Service, NOVA National School of Public HealthPortuguese Association for Integrated Care and  the Presidency of the Portuguese Republic will take place in the CCB Lisbon on 14-16 May 2025. With the overarching theme ‘Synergising Health and Care: Leveraging Integrated Care for a Sustainable Future’ the conference will bring together leaders, researchers, clinicians, managers, community representatives, patients and caregivers from around the world who are engaged in the design and delivery of integrated health and care.

The conference is particularly organised around the following themes:

  1. Healthy All Around: Integrated Care Strategies for Universal Health Coverage
  2. Collaborative Approaches in Integrated Care: Leveraging Partnerships for Health and Development
  3. Inclusive Health: Integrated Care to Reduce Inequality Within and Among Countries
  4. Healthy and sustainable habitats: integrated care against climate change

Call for Papers Open Until Thursday, 31 October!

The scientific committee for this conference has been established from a broad range of international experts who are leading in the field of Integrated Care. They are accepting paper submissions on research, policy, practice or education and specifically related to the Conference Themes and the 9 Pillars of Integrated Care until Thursday, 31 October. The full abstract should be limited to 500 words. All accepted abstracts will be published in the International Journal for Integrated Care (Impact factor 2.913) and recordings of presentations, workshops and all digital posters will be connected to the Knowledge Tree.

Each abstract submitter is asked to choose one of the 9 Pillars that their paper is most relevant to, understanding that there will be overlap. This system will enable the programme committee and Special Interest Group leads, to group papers together in a way that works best for delegates to navigate the programme and maximize the learning opportunities. The full abstract should be limited to 500 words.
