In this Blog Post, Andrew Sommerlad (University College London) introduces a questionnaire developed to measure social connection among people living in care homes. The measure was developed as part of the social connection in long-term care home residents (SONNET) study. It has been made freely available and can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions aiming to improve social connection and to track changes over time.
