Long-Term Care needs to keep up with the changing expectations of clients and the community, as well as new regulations. This means constantly improving clinical care, personal support, social activities, and daily living services – backed by better quality, environmental, business, and safety systems.
Implementing these innovations can be tough. We are using a delphi survey approach engage experts in helping to create a tool that care providers can use to assess how ready care organisations are to implement an innovation. The Readiness Assessment Tool will firstly, help care organisations gauge how well they are prepared to implement innovations. In addition, the tool will assist in pinpointing areas that may need further attention before beginning.
The delphi survey responses will be completely anonymous. You can find a QR code to participate in the delphi survey, or contact us using the contact details in the poster.
Many thanks,
