The World Health Organization’s (Regional Office for Europe)  have developed an online training course Care and Self-care Competences for Informal Caregivers in Europe. Developed with the financial support of the European Commission and in collaboration with Eurocarers, this course aims to contribute to more responsive, inclusive, and sustainable care systems which protect and empower both those who need and those who provide care. The course is in two parts Caring for Yourself and Caring for Another and is now available in English, French and Spanish, you can find the links below:
