Alex Hall

Alex is a Lecturer in the Division of Nursing, Midwifery & Social Work at the University of Manchester. He is deputy lead of the Healthy Ageing Research Group and a co-investigator of the NIHR Healthy Ageing Policy Research Unit. His research interests relate to social gerontology, dementia, social care and palliative care, particularly regarding organisation and delivery of care, health technologies, unpaid care and socio-legal topics in later life (e.g. advance care planning, later life finances).
