Alice Windle
Dr Windle is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Flinders University in South Australia. Her research focusses on understanding and supporting implementation of innovation and evidence-based practice in aged care.
She completed her PhD in 2021 at Flinders University, in which she examined factors influencing Primary Health Networks’ evidence-informed and equity-oriented primary health care planning.
Alice has qualitative research experience and is passionate about primary health care, aged care, evidence-informed health policy-making, implementation science, social determinants of health and health equity.
Alice has previous experience in primary health care organisations including delivering, developing and evaluating primary health care programmes in after hours primary care, quality use of medicines, health workforce support and aged care, as well as conducting primary health care needs assessment research.
