Dementia & Co
Alison Lim
I was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Aphasia Dementia 8 years ago. Unable to find support, my daughter Jamie and I founded Dementia & Co.
Todate, we have worked with 200+ families on the same journey, providing information from our associations with experts in at Northwestern Western University and Chicago University, Rare Dementia Support Group in UK and Singapore.
We also created regular Tea Dances at our local Community Clubs, Active Aging Centres and many ad hoc venues and work closely with AIC, Agency for Intergrated Care, hospitals, schools and other Care Agencies in Singapore.
We constantly give talks on Dementia for the public and also have lots of ad hoc activities for the Dementia Community.
There is also a Dementia & Co Annual Talent Show and with the support from AIC, we will also host a Symposium to engage with Health Care Specialists and Care Agencies on the 18th of January 2025.
