After a Licentiate and Master of Science in Nursing, a Master in Applied Statistics for Health Sciences, a diverse clinical experience and a PhD in Social Sciences, I am currently working in the field of Public Health. I am particularly interested in healthcare and long-term care systems, epidemiology and health policy. My current research focuses on dementia care, quality and practice development, HCWP and implicit rationing of care, job satisfaction of health professionals and related outcomes.
