Andrea Baumann
Director of the WHO Collaborating Centre in Primary Care and Health Human Resources, Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences and Member of the Order of Canada. Dr. Andrea Baumann is an expert in health systems and health human resources. She conducts qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods research on long-term care at the local, provincial and national levels, including workforce analyses, resident abuse and neglect, excess mortality, exemplars in care and the importance of leadership. Her work emphasizes the critical link between evidence, policy and practice.
