| Research interests | My research interests focus on Alzheimer’s disease and dementia from the molecular level to the systems that shape care. I am interested in how computational biology, causal inference, and large language models can help identify disease mechanisms, uncover therapeutic targets, and support earlier diagnosis. I also care about how these tools can be used responsibly in real clinical settings, especially for longitudinal monitoring, care planning, and communication between patients, caregivers, and clinicians. At the same time, I see dementia as a policy challenge, because better science only matters if people can access diagnosis, treatment, and support. My goal is to connect research, technology, and health policy so that advances in Alzheimer’s and dementia care reach patients earlier, more equitably, and with clearer accountability. |
