Annemarie Naylor

University of Liverpool

Annemarie Naylor

I am a hybrid professional whose career has spanned the public, private and third sectors – with senior leadership roles in research, policy and strategy as well as in national service design and programme delivery. I am currently responsible for industry and investor relationships associated with the Liverpool City Region’s Health and Life Sciences Investment Zone at the University of Liverpool’s Civic Health Innovation Labs (CHIL).

I am a subject expert in data-driven health and care with a successful track record in advocacy at a national level. I have worked extensively with parliamentarians, APPGs, officials and senior leaders of national organisations as well as with AHSNs, NHS Trusts and local authorities to evidence need and advocate for change. I have made recommendations about how best to deploy data and technology in pursuit of improved outcomes for patients and service users, and I have contributed to pertinent legislation, regulations, and guidance.
