Beatrice Fabiani de Leva

Beatrice is a Sector Senior Associate at the Inter-American Development Bank, where she leads work on social protection and labor market policies in Suriname. Her experience includes research and advisory roles with the University of Trieste, the World Bank, and the IDB, with a focus on aging, long-term care, and social policy reforms. She holds a PhD in Public Management and Governance, specializing in long-term care systems in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Her research focuses on the financing of long-term care systems, human resources and gender, with a particular focus on Latin America and the Caribbean.
