Beatrice Fabiani

Beatrice works as an Associate Professional Officer in the Social Protection and Health Division at the Inter-American Development Bank. In 2021, she served as a technical officer in Italy at the Ministry of Economy and Finance in the G20 team. Prior to this, she held a position as a consultant in the private sector in the UK. Regarding her education, Beatrice is currently completing a Ph.D. in Public Management and Governance at Tor Vergata University in Rome.

Her research focuses on the financing of long-term care systems, human resources and gender, with a particular focus on Latin America and the Caribbean.
