Carmen Galán Barroso
For years I have worked in institutions dedicated to long-term care, coordinating work teams and promoting changes.
We are working to ensure that the care we provide was ethical, honest and giving people a voice. I have collaborated in the design and implementation of quality management systems from this perspective.
I am currently pursuing a doctorate in sociology and anthropology (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) on loneliness in older people.
Sensitivity and creativity are important to me, in my work and in my life.
