Darren Evans

With over 30 years’ experience in health tech management, Darren has led transformative digital initiatives across both the NHS and third-sector organisations. He led the early roll out of 5 pan-London social prescribing platforms, integrating data from GPs, CCGs, and community partners to enhance patient outcomes and inform the NHS Frailty Index. Recognising mobile technology’s potential to further empower people, Darren, driven by personal experience and an identified unmet need, developed a transformative innovative platform to bridge care gaps, improve engagement and ensure that no one’s history is ever lost to time.
