Erinda Bllaca Ndroqi

Mrs. Erinda Bllaca Ndroqi is the founder of the Albanian Institute for Activism and Social Change and a human rights practitioner since 1997. She has accomplished a Masters of Arts in European Studies (2005) and is a Public Interest Law Fellow (Columbia Law University, New York (2006-2007). Her engagement as human rights practitioner is proved through addressing issues of Albania’s transitional justice and fight against torture and impunity where her doctoral studies are oriented. She has an extended experience of monitoring of human rights and access to justice for marginalized communities in Albania. She has been engaged with issues regarding Judicial Reform in Albania and has contributed for more awareness on the reforms’ impact into general public. She is a co-author of 4 OSCE publications with regards to investigating terrorist crimes in Albania and hate crimes. For two decades, her engagement was successfully evaluated by major donors, as the European Commission, diplomatic corps and international organizations.
