Helen Weatherly is a Professor at the Centre for Health Economics (CHE), University of York, UK. A key focus of her research is social care economics and the economic evaluation of social care interventions. Helen leads a national network for social care economists called Social Care Economics NEtwork (SCENE) with colleagues at CPEC, LSE (namely Magda Walbaum and Martin Knapp).
