Huiling Li

Hello, my name is Huiling Li, and I am currently a PhD student in Social Welfare based in South Korea. My research focuses on migrant care workers in the long-term care sector, particularly examining their working conditions, job satisfaction, and the institutional challenges they face. I employ quantitative research methods using national survey data to analyze structural inequalities in the care labor market. I am especially interested in the intersections of migration policy, labor rights, and eldercare provision. I look forward to engaging with the GOLTC community to share insights and collaborate on global care work research.
