I-Chun Chen

Dr. I-Chun Chen is a scholar with over a decade of experience in public health, management, and cross-cultural education. She is currently pursuing a second Ph.D. in Public Health at Chulalongkorn University, focusing on evidence-based community health programs for older adults. Dr. Chen conducts postdoctoral research at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, specializing in long-term care policy and community-based integrated care systems across Thailand, Germany, Japan, and the U.S.

Dr. Chen’s research includes sustainable health interventions, cross-cultural aging, digital inclusion for older populations, and community-based care systems. She collaborates internationally to advance long-term care policy and innovative solutions for aging societies.
