A psychologist and qualitative researcher working on projects researching and evaluating the implementation and improvement of new/existing innovations and use of research findings for public benefit. Main areas of work are health and social care workforce, older adults/aging and care homes research. Contribute to education and capacity building for academic and practice-based researchers, implementers, improvers and knowledge mobilisers.
