Managing social and health regulations for the elderly home: Olajág Otthonok I, which has a capacity of
67 caretakers with dementia and 30 caregivers including technical and operating employees.
Recruiting employees, enrolling caretakers, managing daily activities, supervising implementations of
regulations and executing ordinances, meeting the affiliated sectors’ requirements, investigating
complaints, making reports, and monitoring compliances with the protocols.

2018 – Master teacher at Semmelweis University, specialising in older adults care.

2022 – Phd student, research area: dementia care
