I am a researcher at the Centre for Research on Health and Social Care Management (CeRGAS) of Bocconi University, in Milan. After graduating from the MSc in Economics and Management of Public Administration and International Institution at Bocconi University, I completed my PhD in Management at the Strathclyde Business School of the University of Strathclyde (Glasgow, UK).
