Mircha Poldrugovac
Mircha Poldrugovac works as a public health specialist at the Centre for Health Care of the National Institute of Public Health in Slovenia. Mircha recently completed his PhD at the University of Amsterdam on the topic of performance indicators in long-term care. In the past he worked at the Ministry of Health of Slovenia, where he co-edited the first manual on healthcare quality indicators monitored in Slovenia. He was one of the coordinators of the first Health System Performance Assessment report in Slovenia. He currently chairs the Health Care Quality and Outcome Indicators Working Party at the OECD.
