Naiara Artaza
Naiara Artaza is the Head of the Nagusi intelligence Center (NIC) and adviser for social care strategic projects at the Cabinet Office of the Government of Biscay.
She is an experienced professional in health and social care systems, during a 25+ years of professional career, she has gained an extensive experience in healthcare and social care management and policy reform.
She has a Master of Science (MSc) in Health Economics, Policy and Management from the London School of Economics (LSE), a certificate in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, a bachelor’s degree in Law and a Specialist Diploma in Economics from Deusto University.
NIC is a centre aimed at boosting a new sector of activity relating to ageing, health and long-term care. It is a space for public-private collaboration that aspires to transform the challenge of the ageing population into an opportunity for economic and social development.
