Olav Sehlbach
Olav Sehlbach (*1966) has been involved in geriatric care for over thirty years and works as a consultant, service provider, operator and start-up investor.
Since 1995, he has been a consultant with a focus on strategy and occupancy management. The resulting service company is the leading provider of client and employee surveys (aap) in the long-term care industry.
Shortly after the turn of the millennium, Olav headed three Caritas facilities. Since 2018, he has been a co-partner of medi terra, a non-profit company that operates six nursing homes, a nursing school and a parent-child therapy centre. Here he also worked as managing director for over three years and now chairs the supervisory board.
Olav is active in various start-ups related to care. In 2023, he launched the Care Venture Circle e.V.
