Roberto Martínez Lacoba

I work as a lecturer in the Department of Economic Analysis and Finance at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha (Spain). I am a member of the Economics, Food and Society Research Group (GEAS). I teach Financial Economics – undergraduate courses – and Health Economics and Financing – Masters and PhD courses. I am a member of the Spanish Association of Health Economics.
My scientific activities focus on health economics and long-term care systems in a broad sense: from employment creation in long-term care systems, to alternatives for financing long-term care, job satisfaction of long-term care workers, financial sustainability of long-term care systems, mortality, equity, inequalities and social policy.
