Roger Cáceres

Roger Cáceres Sorroche is a political scientist with a background in public management and social policy. He holds a degree in Political and Administrative Sciences and a Master’s in Public and Social Policies from the Barcelona School of Management, in collaboration with Johns Hopkins University. He is currently pursuing a Law degree at the Open University of Catalonia.

He works at Fundació Clínic Barcelona, focusing on integrated long-term care within a European research project. Previously, he has worked on public policy initiatives in other areas such as drug policy, territorial development, and local governance. His experience includes roles at Episteme Social—where he contributed to the CADAP 7 programme—and the Carles Pi i Sunyer Foundation, as part of the Local Government Observatory, among others.

He works fluently in Catalan, Spanish, and English, and is experienced in data analysis, policy research, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
