Researcher. B.A. in Psychology, University of Deusto (Bilbao). M.A. in “Geriatric Psychology”; MA in “Clinical and Health Psychology”. Postgraduate studies in “Nursing home and Elderly Care System”. Postgraduate studies in “Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease”. She has wide experience in the field of gerontology, both in psychosocial intervention with the elderly and family caregivers and in vocational training aimed at care workers. She has experience in teaching on direct assistance at home and health & care system. Expert in the validation of professional competencies for professional caregivers in the sector of domiciliary care and/or social services institutions. Currently, she leads the Training Center of Grupo S.S.I. (Bilbao, Spain), managing internal training actions for the own care workers of the group and external training actions for professionals of other organisations and unemployment people, in collaboration with the public administration.
