Veronica Jiang

Zixi Jiang is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Marketing, UNSW Business School. Her research focuses on how to trigger behavioral changes and people’s decision processes. Her research has appeared in top journals, such as Journal of Consumer Research and Journal of Marketing Research. She is a fervent advocate for educational inclusivity and committed to enhancing the educational experience for all students. Her contributions to inclusive education have earned her numerous accolades, including 2024 Innovation in Marketing Education Award (Runner-up) by the American Marketing Association, UNSW Award for Teaching Excellence, and two ADCET Accessibility in Action Awards 2023.
