Wenjing Zhang is a Research Fellow at the Health & Social Care Workforce Research Unit at King’s College London. Her research expertise and interests focus on adult social care, care markets, research capacity building, social care workforce, ageing and international and comparative social policy. With over ten years of experience in the health and social care sector, Wenjing has worked on policy- and practice- oriented research projects using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
