What are the patient outcomes of the home care teams, and how can we understand the economic policies to improve that?
In this webinar, Dr Coe will present their paper ‘Home-Based Care and Patient Outcomes: Does the Delivery Team Matter? “ to discuss the importance of caregiver teams in relation to patient’s wellbeing.
The discussion will be followed by Dr Courtney Van Houtven presenting on economic costs of unpaid care and policies to help both unpaid carers and patients thriving in place.
We will then have an interactive discussion around evidence-based policymaking solutions to achieve better outcomes in home care settings.
