About the Workforce Capacity and Capability Interest Group
The ‘Workforce Capacity and Capability’ interest group will focus on the challenges and opportunities of attracting, recruiting, retaining and empowering carers in the long-term care workforce. The group will bring together researchers, practitioners and policy makers via a series of interactive webinars to share evidence-based information, strategies and practical resources to build the capability of the paid workforce, and of volunteers and family carers who provide care to older people across different countries, cultures and contexts.
