Meeting centres are community-based that offer a welcoming and supportive environment for people living with dementia. They provide a range of services and activities tailored to the needs and interests of individuals with dementia and support for their families and care partners. They started over 30 years ago in Amsterdam and they are opening all over the world. In this webinar we learn about their history, a realist evaluation of their implementation in the UK, and about the experience of introducing Meeting Centres in Zimbabwe.
